Services

EmailAssistDesk provides email troubleshooting, management, and technical support services. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in a separate agreement or quote provided to you prior to commencement of services.

Client Responsibilities

By engaging EmailAssistDesk's services, you ("the Client") acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Authorization

You are the authorized owner or an authorized user of the email account(s) and system(s) for which you are seeking support.

2. Backup

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have a complete and current backup of your data, including emails, contacts, and calendar entries, before we begin any work. EmailAssistDesk is not liable for any data loss that may occur during the support process.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate information necessary for us to perform the service.

4. Payment

You agree to the pricing and payment terms as quoted before the commencement of services.

Fees and Payment

Fees for services will be as quoted to you prior to the commencement of work. Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement or quote. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are due upon completion of services.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EmailAssistDesk and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of EmailAssistDesk.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EmailAssistDesk, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
